4. What programs do you offer?
We offer two main programs:
- Reboot Business: Designed for businesses looking to address mental health concerns within their teams. This program helps create a supportive and productive work environment.
- Reboot Family:Allows families to book sessions directly with our highly trained RTT hypnotherapists, focusing on improving familial harmony and well-being.
5. How long does a typical RTT session last?
Each RTT session lasts approximately 90 minutes and is conducted virtually for your convenience.
6. How can I book a session?
You can book directly through our website. The Reboot Business program will start you on your journey with a 60-minute presentation, while the Reboot Family program will set you up with a 20-minute consultation.
7. What is the onboarding process for corporate clients?
Our onboarding process includes a 60-minute presentation and a needs assessment via a QR code questionnaire. If local, we will meet with you, your team, and the decision-makers in person. This interactive presentation will break the stigma around hypnosis, clarify what it is and what it isn't, and discuss the general struggles your employees face. We'll explain how RTT hypnotherapy can directly help, diminish, or eliminate these issues in a 90-minute session. This is followed by a questionnaire to give decision-makers a clear idea of whether RTT is a good fit for them and their team.
8. How do you measure the success of your programs?
Success is measured through client feedback, follow-ups, and tangible improvements in workplace dynamics and employee well-being.
9. How do you address skepticism about hypnotherapy?
We address skepticism by highlighting scientific studies that support the effectiveness of hypnotherapy in reducing stress, anxiety, and burnout. We also offer a no-obligation consultation to address any concerns.
10. Are there partnerships with other wellness providers?
Currently, we do not have partnerships with other wellness providers, but we are open to exploring collaborations that align with our mission and values.

12. What about confidentiality and privacy?
Employee sessions are 100% confidential. The company will only receive general updates that the employee is comfortable sharing regarding their presenting issues.
